With ZenTao 9.6+, users can set rules of how to get points. In ZenTao, users can get points after a certain action is done. It is OFF by default. Log in as a super admin and go to Admin->Custom->Points to turn it ON.

Once Points is ON, go to Company->Privilege->My Dashboard->My Points to set privileges of points allocation. If the users have the privilege, they can go to My Dashboard->Points to check the history of points.

For rules of getting points, super admin can check it in My Dashboard->Points->Point Rules.

Notes:

  1. You can get points for log in, but no points will be granted to you after you login three times within a day.
  2. You can get as more as five points when you create Todos in ZenTao.
  3. You can get extra points when you finish tasks. (Cost Man-Hour /10) * (Estimated Man-Hour / Cost Man-Hour) + Priority Point(p1 is 2,  and p2 is 1). For example, It takes 10 man-hours to finish a task. Its estimated man-hour is 15 and the priority is p1. When you finish this task, the points you will get is (10/10)*(15/10)+2=3.5. Point is an integer in ZenTao, so you will get 4 points.
