ZenTao is designed based on Scrum and has features like QA, document, release, and planning. You might be wondering whether you have to adopt Agile methodology if you want to use ZenTao. The answer is NO. You can do Waterfall using ZenTao and you will do it quite well. Considering that users might use different methodologies, we adopt a more neutral concepts instead of concepts in Scrum. Now, let’s have a look at the corresponding relations between ZenTao and Scrum.
