Once ZenTao is installed successfully, you can log in ZenTao with the default account admin and password 123456.

Hello and welcome to ZenTao Biz 8.0! As usual, it's compatible with ZenTao Community Edition18.0. The new version adds the Ticket function in the Operation Management Interface, as well as the workflow and API interface for tickets, which allows companies to configure fields and actions according to the actual situation.

 

With continuous optimization and regular updates, ZenTao is always on the way.

3. New features in this release

Ticket:

  • The Ticket function is added to the Operation Management Interface.
  • Ticket column fields are adjusted to support custom fields.
  • Backend API supports the Ticket function.
  • Ticket supports workflow configuration.
  • Global search supports searching tickets data.
  • Ticket creation page style optimization.
  • Optimized the life of the ticket page in the ticket detail page.

Feedback:

  • A page of Batch Edit is added to the feedback list.
  • An option of Feedback Manager is added to to the feedback review.
  • The feedback function is updated in the backend API.
  • The feedback fields and actions are updated in workflow.
  • The position of the Ticket menu is changed to after Feedback.
  • The tags don't switch when the feedback level 1.5 navigation/modules are switched.
  • Feedback list field adjustment.

Other optimization:

  • Adjusted the column width of some subsections of the Dashboard log list.
  • The global search in the Operation Management Interface supports search feedback and ticket data.
  • The mandatory markers are added to the module field in the creating twins requirement page.
  • After saving the LDAP configuration, a guide for for importing users is added to the prompt message.
  • When LDAP is not configured, the Import Users from LDAP button is grayed out. The Back button is removed from the backend LDAP configuration page.
  • Added prompt information when closing the course upload window.
