Airtable's core component is bases, which contain all of the data required for a project. Bases are made up of a series of tables, each of which covers a different aspect of the project. Fields (file attachments, checkboxes, and so on) and documents (relevant data points you're tracking) are all included in tables.

It also has a social media wall and a private role manager, as well as white marking for customer rooms, invoicing, and CRM capabilities. Paymo's free plan will only support one person. You must either begin paying or move to an entirely different site.

Citrix Podio is an application for project management and social collaboration. It enables companies to develop tailored apps to suit their specific business needs and desired workflows. Users do not require technical knowledge to use the app, which saves production time.
It integrates with a variety of popular applications, including ZenDesk, Evernote, and Google Drive. In the free package, workflow automations are not supported. In the world of technology, there is no automation.

Quire is a cloud-based project management solution intended to help small to medium-sized organizations navigate to-do lists and projects in order to facilitate cross-team collaboration. Document management, real-time editing, collaboration applications, message forums, file sharing, progress monitoring, and project preparation are among the key features.
Quire currently only has a free account. According to their website, they are now working on premium options, so everything that is now free will remain free even after paid versions are included.

If you want to streamline the team's activities and make them concentrate on the most important tasks? Redbooth has a straightforward, user-friendly interface that makes teams feel at ease right away. Managers believe they have the authority to effectively adjust workloads and services. Redbooth, on the other hand, does not allow you to delegate tasks to different individuals. Clearly, the absence of a "I" in "team" does not matter here.

Can you like data analysis and Gantt charts? When you log in, you can see critical deadlines and due dates in a calendar format. You may still use it to track your resources. If you're concerned about who's overworked or what someone's workload looks like, TeamWeek may help.
But here's the thing: project management entails much more than just organizing. When you begin executing, You'll need to hold video conferences, build job models, and collaborate with your coworkers in group chats.

Todoist's free version is severely restricted, with only 5 users per project and no comments, file uploads, filters, or project templates. However, with the premium plan being so inexpensive, it's well worth picking up just to check it out. The simple free edition, however, does not have any real-time collaboration functionality.

Trello has become a popular free project management solution in recent years by popularizing the Kanban board method. You can still use it if you don't use Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
Trello's free plan is perfect for any team looking to coordinate their projects easily using a Kanban board. Only keep in mind the 10 MB file upload cap.

Wrike is a cloud-based project management software for enterprises and small companies with teams of 20 or more. Gantt charts, calendars, a workload view for resource management, custom dashboards, and real-time updates are included. It supports folder, project, and task structuring, as well as auto-assignment based on task statuses.

Yodiz is an excellent choice for Agile and Scrum teams. Yodiz's Zapier integrations can also be used to communicate with apps like Slack and GitHub, as well as calendar apps like Google Calendar.
