If the user makes changes on the Decompose Task Page and then hits the Escape key to exit the page without saving changes, the system does not allow the user to exit. The user will have to click the x to exit without saving changes. 

Page: Product>Decompose 

Repro: Select Decompose under Story; make changes to any drop-down selection. Don't Save, instead hit Esc to exit the page. Nothing happens.
