Please refer to http://www.zentao.pm/book/zentaomanual/96.html. Backup is mainly to back up database and files. Deploy ZenTao in the same way in Linux, and then migrate database and files to zentao/www/data/upload For database, just copy physical files from database.

If you deploy ZenTao, mysql physical files are usually under /var/lib/mysql/.
