I like to create property rental marketplace in 2025. So I have been doing research on various Airbnb clone scripts. There are several different companies selling these scripts and they differ quite a bit in terms of features, reliability and long-term support. I would like to receive some first-hand accounts or personal experiences from people who have actually used the scripts, or been involved in projects similar to mine

My ideal script would support a seamless property listing process; allow for real-time updates of availability; provide secure booking management & be easy to use for both hosts & guests; be well designed with a good quality backend; be responsive; and be scalable for future growth and being able to modify features/design, and expand to other markets

I would be grateful for any feedback you've received from your testing or launching of an Airbnb clone or any Airbnb clone app. Specifically, I want to know how well these scripts work in real word usage, what the level of support is like from the company who created the script and what the regularity and value of updates have been. Including some names of good Airbnb clone script vendors in your feedback would help too
