As a developer and blockchain enthusiast, I wanted to open up a discussion around Web3 development and how it’s reshaping the way we build and manage applications.

Over the past few years, Web3 has emerged as a powerful shift from traditional web infrastructure. Unlike Web2, where centralized servers handle most of the logic and data storage, Web3 development focuses on decentralization, user ownership, and blockchain-based transparency. Smart contracts, dApps (decentralized apps), and tokenized systems are just a few components of this ecosystem.

In our team, we’ve started integrating Web3 capabilities into some of our internal tools, experimenting with smart contracts and decentralized storage solutions like IPFS. This experience raised interesting project management challenges, such as testing and versioning smart contracts — that tools like ZenTao could potentially support more robustly in the future.

I'm curious to know:

  • Has anyone here experimented with or integrated Web3 features into your software projects?

  • How are you managing version control, testing, and bug tracking for blockchain-based modules?

  • What tools or workflows have helped you manage hybrid Web2/Web3 projects?

If you’re interested in learning more about how Web3 development works or looking for professional Web3 development services, feel free to check out from our team. We’re actively working in this space and happy to connect with other developers or project leads exploring similar areas.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
