What is the "Multiple" sign on the Create Task page?

When I checked the "Multiple" on the Create Task page, a "Team" will display for me choose users for it?

Multiply means that the task you are creating will be done by more than one users. 



For example, user A, B and C is doing the same multi-user task. When A finished his part, the task will be in charge of B. Now only user B can edit the task, such as edit the Effort, the man-hour.
