ZenTao Biz 12.0 is released!

Summary : Hello everyone, we are excited to announce the release of ZenTao Biz 12.0! This update introduces a new project workflow function, allowing each project to configure its own workflow rules. This flexibility enables adjustments to fields and workflow nodes, accommodating various management scenarios. The document editor now includes a fixed toolbar at the top, keeping commonly used action buttons visible while scrolling, thus improving editing efficiency and optimizing the document usage experience. Requirements, tasks, and build lists can now be organized under their respective workflows, along with new approval settings for ticket workflows, making process management clearer and more efficient.

Once ZenTao is installed successfully, you can log in ZenTao with the default account admin and password 123456.

Documents

The document editor now includes a fixed toolbar at the top.
The display width for previewing document content has been optimized.
The content area width during document editing has been improved.
The icon colors in the directory tree navigation on the left side of the document have been optimized.

Projects

Project settings now include a project workflow feature.
It's available to manage individual workflows during project maintenance.

Improvements

The "Create Bug" page now includes a field for the associated plan.
Approval settings have been added to the ticket workflow.
The position of list actions in the workflow has been adjusted to align with the corresponding workflow.
