Hello and welcome to ZenTao Biz 7.7! As usual, it's compatible with ZenTao Community Edition 17.7. The feature "Ticket" is newly added under the feedback module - you can use it to assign and track some urgent issues. At the same time, we have optimized and improved the feature "Feedback" - feedback could be imported in bulk, and fields including priority and source company are newly added. Feedback modules could be set by product modules, besides, feedback modules could sync product module data.
With continuous optimization and regular updates, ZenTao is always on the way.

Ticket:
- The feature "Ticket" is newly added under the feedback module.
- Actions including start, finish, close, activate, and effort are newly added.
- Tickets could be converted into bugs or software requirements/stories.
- Tickets could be imported in bulk.
- Staus including waiting, doing, and being closed are newly added.
- Ticket types and priorities could be customized.
- Ticket data could be imported into the general Kanban.
- Ticket data could be added to My Work.
- Ticket notifications could be added in the backend.
Feedback:
- Feedback could be converted into a ticket.
- Fields including priority and source company are newly added to Feedback.
- Feedback types and priorities could be customized.
- Review notifications and replied notifications are newly added.
- Feedback data could be imported in bulk.
- Feedback modules could be set by product.
- Product module data could be synced to the Feedback module.
- The feedback tags are optimized.
- 1.5-degree product navigation is added to Feedback.

We have updated 3 themes including Green, ZenTao Blue, and Yong Blue in this release, which allows ZenTao to present a more energetic and simple look to you. Searching tags are newly added to general Kanban, which allows users to address regions more quickly.
