ZenTao users can select a group of members to send notifications to, if there is any update on stories, tasks or bugs. Configure notification email before that can be sent to members. Please refer to 8.2.2 How to Configure your Email.
1. Go to Dashboard->Contact and click Create a List. Enter the list name and choose members for this list.
Note: Members can be added in Company->User.
2. Manage an existing list.
Click the list you want to manage and you can add/delete members.
3. Once a list is created, you can choose the list from Contact when creating tasks.
