Sanplex has consolidated all Agent-related configuration entry points into the Agent module. You can configure AI/Agent services in Agent > ZAI Configuration. The ZAI Service provides the connection method for Sanplex Agent capabilities and supports efficient data vectorization, helping teams integrate and manage Agent applications more effectively.

Note: If you previously installed the ZAI plugin, uninstall it first, then upgrade Sanplex and configure ZAI via the Agent module.

1. Install and Connect the ZAI Service

Install the ZAI Service. For details, see: [ZAI Service Installation Guide—Sanplex version to be provided]. （之后插入安装链接）

After installation, obtain the following and save the configuration to connect Sanplex to the ZAI Service:

• Host
• Application Integration ID
• Application Secret
• Admin Key

2. Sanplex Data Vectorization

Data vectorization converts data generated in Sanplex (for example, Requirements, Bugs, Documents, etc.) into vectors so that it can be referenced in Intelligent Conversation, enabling the model to answer questions more accurately.

To enable Sanplex data vectorization:

• In Agent > ZAI Configuration, open Data Vectorization from the left menu.

• For first-time use, click Enable Data Vectorization.

  • Prerequisite: You must configure the Admin Key in ZAI Configuration first (see “Install and Connect the ZAI Service” above).

• After enabling, perform an initial sync by clicking Start Sync. The system enters a sync state and displays the sync progress for each object type.

Once synchronization is complete, you can reference Sanplex data in Intelligent Conversation.
