Sanplex Standard allows users to export specific records as .docx files.

Currently, this feature supports the export of Stories (within the Product module) and Test Reports. Please note that exporting Tasks, Bugs, and Test Cases to .docx is not supported at this time.

(Note: If the exported content contains embedded images, there might be display issues—such as images failing to load—when opening the file in WPS Office. We recommend using Microsoft Word for the best viewing experience.)

1. Exporting Product Stories

Navigate to Product > Story, click Export > Export Data, and select word as the file type in the export options.

2. Exporting Test Reports

Navigate to the Test > Test Report list. Select a report to enter its details page. Click the Export button and select word as the file type.
