Summary : User configuration in Sanplex lets administrators define required user fields, manage job positions and user statuses, configure available contact methods, and decide whether deleted users are displayed.

In Admin > Feature Configuration > Users, you can configure required fields, positions, statuses, available contact methods, and whether to list deleted users.

1. Users – Required Fields

In Users > Required Fields, you can set required fields for the Add User and Edit User pages.

2. Users – Positions

In Users > Positions, you can configure position information.

In Users > Status, you can configure user status values.

4. Users – Available Contact Methods

In Users > Available Contact Methods, you can configure contact method fields.
