After the administrator has finished setting up the organization and departments, the next step is to manage system users.
- You can add new users by clicking Add User or Batch Add in the upper-right corner of the user list.
- Once a user is added successfully, click the action buttons on the right side of the user list to edit or delete that user.
- If a user account is locked, you can also unlock it through this menu.
- At the bottom of the user list, click Edit to perform batch editing on multiple users simultaneously.
1. Accessing User Management

2. Adding Users
Log in to sanplex with an administrator account. Navigate to Admin → User→ User, where you can add, batch add, or batch edit users.

On the Add User page, fill in the user’s basic information, including user type, department, username, password, interface type, full name, position, and permissions.
Interface Type: Sanplex provides a rich set of features. To meet different business roles, the system offers several interface modes including the Comprehensive R&D Interface and Operations Management Interface. You can assign interface types to users according to their roles and work responsibilities.
When a position is selected, the system automatically assigns a default permission group based on that position. You may adjust the permissions if necessary.

Note: Permission groups can be configured under User → Permission, and permissions can be set down to specific actions. For more details, see the article Permission Management.
At the bottom of the Add User page, in the field labeled “Your Password,” enter the password of the currently logged-in administrator, then click Save. The system automatically returns to the user list page, where the newly added user will appear.
3. Batch Adding Users
Go to Admin → User → Batch Add.

At the bottom of the page, enter your administrator password in the “Your Password” field, then click Save. After returning to the user list, you will see all the users that were just added in bulk.
4. Batch Editing Users
On the user list page, select All or choose multiple users, then click Edit to perform batch editing actions.
