Sanplex provides a built-in Getting Started Guide in the form of interactive tutorials. The tutorials are organized into three categories: Quick Start, Basic Tutorials, and Advanced Tutorials.

You can choose the tutorial category that best fits your needs. By following the system’s interactive guidance and completing hands-on tasks step by step, users can quickly become familiar with Sanplex’s core features. Users can also choose tutorials based on their company’s workflow and exit the tutorial at any time during the process.

Using the tutorial under the full lifecycle management model as an example, first click your avatar, then select Tutorials and click Start Now to begin.

On the right side of the page, you can choose different tutorial categories, including Quick Start, Basic Tutorials, and Advanced Tutorials. The Quick Start tutorial helps users get familiar with the system by completing a series of simple operational tasks. Click Start, then follow the prompts and interact with the Sanplex interface to complete each task.

The Basic Tutorials focus on core workflow operations. They mainly include seven tutorials: Account Management, Product Management, Scrum Project Management, Waterfall Project Management, Kanban Project Management, Task Management, and Test Management. After entering a tutorial, click Start Task and follow the on-screen guidance to complete the learning process.

The Advanced Tutorials cover broader end-to-end workflows and are suitable for organizations with more comprehensive project management processes. They mainly include seven tutorials: Program Management, Product Management, Scrum Project Management, Waterfall Project Management, Kanban Project Management, Feedback Management, and Document Management. After entering a tutorial, click Start Task and follow the on-screen guidance to complete the tutorial.

Notes:

• Data generated during the tutorial will not be saved.
• You can click Exit in the step-by-step guidance pop-up to leave the current task, or click Exit on the left side of the tutorial panel to leave the tutorial.
• After the tutorial is closed, you can reopen it at any time by clicking your avatar and selecting Tutorials.
