II. View a single Product

5. Matrix
The Requirement Traceability Matrix shows relationships between Requirements, including how Business Requirements are broken down into User Requirements and Development Requirements. It also helps track the progress of Development Requirements and their related items, such as Tasks, Test Cases, and Bugs. Since product managers need to continuously monitor Requirement changes, the Matrix helps them understand detailed progress by following linked items.
After requirement planning and review activities are completed, Requirements are linked to Project iterations or stages and enter the delivery process. The Requirement Traceability Matrix supports full lifecycle traceability:
- Horizontal traceability: One Business Requirement can be broken down into one or more User Requirements, and one User Requirement can be further broken down into one or more Development Requirements. The Matrix makes the status and relationships among Business Requirements, User Requirements, and Development Requirements clear and traceable.
- Vertical traceability: The entire flow can be traced from collecting user needs, to breaking User Requirements down into Development Requirements, to Requirement review, Requirement change, linking design, linking Test Cases, splitting into Tasks, Task completion, Bug submission, and final release.

The Product Matrix supports tracing from three starting points: Business Requirements, User Requirements, and Development Requirements. It also supports search and filtering for more precise tracking.

The Product Matrix supports export to XLSX.

The Product Matrix also supports custom column settings. You can clear the checkboxes for linked items you do not want to track, and those columns will be hidden in the Matrix.
Note: If you select Apply Globally, the current user’s setting will take effect across all systems in the organization.
Clicking Restore Default resets the settings to their original state.

6. Activity
The Activity section shows all actions related to the Product. You can filter records by different tabs and users to view product-related activity within a specific time range or by a specific user.

III. Product Kanban
Product owners can use Product Kanban to track Plans, progress, Releases, and related Projects and Executions.

Click a name on the Kanban board to open the corresponding item page directly.
