Project Managers can view project progress under both the Project and Execution modules. Project Managers can watch the following video to learn how to track progress:
【视频介绍】
I. Board
The Execution module provides various tools for tracking progress, including boards, burndown charts, and views. On the board, you can sort items by story to check the status of tasks and bugs.

You can also configure the board display settings and print the board.

- Export data: The Free edition allows you to export task data in CSV format.
- Import tasks: You can import unfinished and in-progress tasks from closed executions belonging to the same project.
- Import bugs: You can import bugs from the product linked to the execution's project and convert them into tasks for development.
II. Burndown chart
A burndown chart graphically represents the remaining work against time. Work effort is typically displayed on the vertical axis, while time is displayed on the horizontal axis.

III. Views
You can view tasks grouped by different criteria. Available grouping options include grouping by story, task status, priority, assigned to, finished by, closed by, and task type.
图4
You can also view tasks in a tree structure. Tasks are displayed in a hierarchical order of Product, Story Module, and Story.

IV. Project board
Sanplex provides a project board feature that allows you to view the status of your projects and executions. Clicking an object's name on the project board will take you directly to its related details page.

V. Execution board
The execution board in Sanplex allows users to track the statuses of their executions. Navigate to Execution > Execution Board, and click an object name to view its detailed page.
图7
You can update an execution's status by simply dragging and dropping its card across columns.

Note: Before using the execution board for the first time, a Sanplex administrator must grant the "Execution Board" permission to the relevant permission groups under Admin > Members > Permissions.
