I. View all products

1. Product dashboard

Under the Product module, the dashboard displays an overview of all products within the Sanplex system. This includes the number of stories, plans, and releases for each product.

2. Product list

In the product list, you can view the default metrics for products in the "Unclosed" status. These metrics include story statuses and completion rates, bug statuses and fix rates, as well as the total number of plans and releases for each product.

3. Export product list

Click the Export button to export the product list for offline use.

II. View individual products

1. Dashboard

On a specific product's dashboard page, Product Managers can view the product's roadmap and team dynamics.

2. Plans, releases, and roadmaps

You can also track product progress through the plans, releases, and roadmap under a specific product. The roadmap visualizes past releases and unexpired plans.

3. Matrix

Under Product > Matrix, you can view stories alongside their related tasks, test cases, and bugs.

4. Activity

The Activity section displays all operations related to the product. You can use different tags and user filters to view operation records within a specific time frame or by a specific user.

III. Product board

Sanplex provides a comprehensive product board feature. Product Managers can use this board to easily understand product plans, overall progress, releases, as well as related projects and executions.

You can click the names on the board to navigate directly to the respective object's details page for further review.
