Summary : Ticket configuration in Sanplex allows administrators to customize required fields, priority levels, ticket types, and close reasons to standardize ticket creation and lifecycle management.

In Admin > Feature Configuration > Feedback > Tickets, configure various elements for Tickets.

1. Ticket – Required Fields

In Feedback > Tickets > Required Fields, configure required fields on the Create and Edit pages.

2. Ticket – Priority

In Feedback > Tickets > Priority, configure ticket priorities.

3. Ticket – Ticket Type

In Feedback > Tickets > Ticket Type, configure ticket types.

4. Ticket – Close Reasons

In Feedback > Tickets > Close Reasons, configure close reasons for tickets.
