Sanplex Standard supports SMS notification functionality. By configuring SMS settings, specific operations performed by users within Sanplex will trigger both email and SMS alerts to relevant stakeholders.
Note: Currently, Sanplex only supports SMS delivery via SMS gateways. Integration with third-party messaging or chat platform APIs is not supported at this time.
I. Configuring SMS Notifications
To configure SMS notification parameters, navigate to Admin > Notification > SMS.

II. Notification Triggers
Under Admin > Notification > Settings, you can define the specific actions that will trigger an SMS alert from Sanplex.

The default trigger conditions in Sanplex include:
- Bugs: Notifications are sent to the "Assigned To" and "CC" users when a bug is added, edited, assigned, confirmed, resolved, activated, closed, or imported into a project.
- Stories: Notifications are sent to the "Assigned To" and "CC" users when a story is added, edited, changed, activated, reviewed, closed, or when its plan, branch, stage, or assignment is updated.
- Tasks: Notifications are sent to the "Assigned To" and "CC" users when a task is added, edited, assigned, started, finished, activated, closed, canceled, or restarted.
- Test Requests: Notifications are sent to the "Person in Charge" and "CC" users during the creation or editing of a test request.
- Story Changes in Projects: When a story linked to a project is modified, an email alert will be sent to all project members.
- Build Submission: When a project build is submitted for testing, a notification is sent to the Test Lead.
