Sanplex can be configured to allow anonymous access. This enables other internal users or clients to access the system without logging in, keeping them up to date with project progress.

Follow these steps to configure anonymous access:

1. Navigate to the Company view.
2. Select your company to enter the company editing page.
3. For the Anonymous Login option, select Allow.
4. Go to the privilege group page, locate the guest group, and assign the necessary privileges to it. Usually, assigning read-only privileges is sufficient.
