On the Scheduled Tasks page, you can enable scheduled jobs. Sanplex provides scheduled tasks to periodically run operations such as updating burn-down charts and performing backups, so you don’t need to configure cron jobs (system-level scheduled tasks) manually.
1. Enable Scheduled Tasks
Only after scheduled tasks are enabled can you view the list of built-in scheduled tasks in the system.

2. View Built-in Scheduled Tasks
Sanplex includes several commonly used built-in scheduled tasks, including: update burn-down charts, update cumulative flow diagrams, generate daily task reports, sync SVN, and sync Git.

3. Add a Scheduled Task
Click Add in the top-right corner to create a custom scheduled task.

4. Disable Scheduled Tasks
Click Disable in the top-right corner to disable scheduled tasks.

5. Restart Scheduled Tasks
Click Restart in the top-right corner to restart scheduled tasks.
