In Sanplex, all deletion operations are logical deletions.

Note: Because attachments consume a significant amount of storage space, deleting an attachment is a permanent action. Once deleted, it cannot be restored and must be re-uploaded.

In other words, standard records are not permanently removed from the database when deleted; instead, they are simply marked as deleted.

These marked resources are listed in the Recycle Bin within the Admin module. If a user accidentally deletes an item, an administrator can easily restore it from there. In addition to the restore operation, you can also hide deleted items. You can view these hidden items by clicking the "Hidden" button in the upper right corner of the interface.

To access the Recycle Bin in Sanplex, navigate to Admin > System > Recycle Bin.
