Summary : Rebuild Index refreshes Sanplex full-text search indexes. If new items (stories, bugs, test cases) are not searchable, rebuild the index to restore search completeness.

If you create an item—such as a User Story, Bug, or Test Case—but it cannot be found using Sanplex full-text search, you can try rebuilding the index.

Go to Admin > System Settings > Rebuild Index, then click Rebuild Index to rebuild indexes for system data.
