Feature Overview
The Project Training feature is an important tool for team capability development. It is designed to help organizations continuously improve team capability through a closed-loop process that includes skills gap analysis, training plan creation, and training summary records.
Its core value lies in:
- identifying capability gaps based on project development needs;
- creating targeted training plans;
- maintaining complete records of training outcomes.
By digitizing both personnel capability management and the training process, this feature addresses common problems in traditional training management, such as unclear objectives and difficulty tracking outcomes. Ultimately, it helps convert individual capability improvement into organizational process assets.
Use Cases
- Skills gap analysis: At project kickoff, the project manager completes a skills gap analysis for team members to evaluate how well current skills match project requirements, and to determine whether training is needed and what direction it should take.
- Training plan creation: For personnel marked as training required, HR or team leaders can create specific training plans, including training content and schedule. The system automatically links the relevant skills gap analysis data for those personnel.
- Training execution and summary: After training is completed, users can fill in a training summary to record the results. Completed training plans are locked to prevent unintended changes, forming a complete training record for future reference.
- Learning organization development: By analyzing historical training data, management can continuously optimize the organization-level training system and turn individual capability growth into reusable organizational knowledge assets.
- With the training feature, teams can perform capability gap analysis based on project development needs, create project training plans, and complete training summaries.
1. Skills Gap Analysis
Click Add Skills Gap Analysis, select the relevant person, then fill in the person’s Gap Analysis and specify whether training is required.

Click Save to return to the Skills Gap Analysis list.

2. Training Plan
Click Training Plan > Add Training Plan.
In the Trainees drop-down list, you can select personnel whose Training Required field was set to Yes when their Skills Gap Analysis was created.

Click Save to return to the list page.
In the action area, you can click Edit or Complete Training.
Completed training plans can no longer be edited.

3. Training Summary
After the training is completed, click Training Summary to fill in the training summary.
