Summary : This section introduces the project training feature available in Sanplex Premium. It emphasizes the importance of building a learning organization and explains how Project Managers can use this feature to analyze team capability gaps, create targeted training plans, and document training summaries to foster continuous team growth.

Feature introduction

This section introduces the project training feature. Through this feature, you can analyze capability gaps against project development needs, formulate project training plans, and write training summaries.

Future companies will be learning-oriented; an organization's ability to self-renew and learn directly determines its survival. Management should strive to build a learning organization to help employees grow continuously, thereby establishing a strong competitive advantage.

Sanplex Premium provides a dedicated "Training" feature to record team capabilities and formulate training plans. You can easily manage team member capabilities and learning progress by conducting capability gap analyses and creating training plans.

1. Analyze capability gaps

Click the Add Capability Gap Analysis button, select the corresponding member, and fill in their detailed "Gap Analysis" and whether they require training.

After clicking Save, you will automatically return to the capability gap analysis list.

2. Create training plans

Navigate to the Training Plan tab and click the Add Training Plan button.

In the "Trainees" dropdown menu, the system will allow you to select members whose "Need Training" status was set to "Yes" during the capability gap analysis phase.

After clicking Save, you will return to the training plan list page.

In the action column, you can click the Edit or Finish buttons to manage the training progress. Please note that finished training plans can no longer be edited.

3. Write training summaries

After the training is finished, you can click the Training Summary button in the action column to write a comprehensive summary of the training outcomes.
