A project can create releases directly, and those releases are also synced to the release list of the linked product.
After testing is completed for a specific project build, you can create a release and publish the product installer or upgrade package externally.
The following example uses a Scrum project to explain the project release feature.
After testing is completed, the product manager can proceed with the release.
1. Create an App
Before creating a release in a project, you need to create an App under product releases.
Go to Product > Releases > Manage Apps. On the app list page, click Create App in the upper-right corner.
图1
Based on your actual needs, you can create either an App or an Integrated App. For an Integrated App, the included apps can be selected from apps under all products.
An App is an external deliverable of a product or project. The relationship between products, projects, and apps is one-to-many, which means one product or project can have multiple apps.
An Integrated App is a deliverable made up of multiple apps.

Click Save to create the app.
2. Create a Release
Click Releases > Create Release.

Select the app to be released, enter the app version number, and choose the build to be released. By default, the completed Development Requirements and resolved bugs in the selected build are automatically linked to the release.
You can also specify whether this release is a milestone. After it is marked as a milestone, the milestone indicator will appear in both the release list and the roadmap.

If the selected app is an Integrated App, in addition to entering the app version number, you also need to select the release versions of the included apps. After you save, the requirements, bugs, and artifacts from those releases are synced to the release under the Integrated App.

3. Link Completed Requirements and Resolved Bugs to the Release
After clicking Save, the system opens the release details page.
For this release, you need to link requirements, resolved bugs, and remaining bugs. You can set filter conditions, click Search, and then link them in batch.
图6
If the linked build contains artifacts, they are also linked to the release by default. If they are not needed in the release, you can remove them.

4. Edit or Delete a Release
On the release details page, you can also edit or delete the release, and add release notes.

5. Manage Release Status
For a release that has not started yet, you can click Release.
When releasing, you need to specify whether the release was successful or failed.
- If the release is successful, its status changes to Released.
- If the release fails, its status changes to Release Failed.

6. End Maintenance for a Release
After a release goes live, you can mark that version as End of Maintenance.
Once this is set, the release status changes to End of Maintenance.
