Summary : This section explains how Project Managers can continuously identify, track, and manage non-bug and non-risk issues in Sanplex. It covers creating issues, performing standard actions like assigning and closing, and importing resolved issues into the Asset Library for organizational knowledge sharing.

Feature introduction

Project Managers must track, identify, and manage issues during project execution.

In Sanplex Premium, the project module includes a dedicated issue management feature.

Issues refer to problems encountered during the project that are neither risks nor bugs.

Issue types include design issues, program defects, performance issues, version control problems, story additions, story modifications, story deletions, and data issues.

Project Managers must continuously identify and track these issues until they are resolved. This ensures timely processing and closure, preventing any negative impact on project progress.

1. Create issues

Navigate to Project > Other > Issue and click the Create Issue button.
