A project consists of one or more Executions.
An Execution can represent a sprint in an Agile project or a phase in a Waterfall project.
After a project is created, you can add executions, set up the team, link requirements, break down tasks, and begin normal delivery work.
Phase setup has already been covered in the previous section. The following example uses an Agile project to show how to add an execution.
I. Add an Execution
On the Project List page, click a specific project name, such as General Project 0730. This opens the project Dashboard.

Click Iteration to open the iteration list page.

Note:
- Whether the label is displayed as Iteration or Sprint depends on the workflow settings configured in the admin area.
- If the management workflow is set to Project - Product - Sprint under Admin > Customization > Workflow, the label shown on the page will be Sprint instead of Iteration.

Click Add Iteration and fill in the iteration details.

Click Save. The newly created iteration will then appear on the Project > Iteration list page.

II. View Executions
Executions can be viewed in both list view and board view.
Click Execution in the upper-left corner of the execution view, as highlighted in the screenshot below, to open the Execution Board page.

1. View executions in board view
- The Execution Board shows the status and progress of executions under projects that are currently in progress.
- It includes two scopes: Projects I Participate In and Projects I Can Access.
- Click an execution name to go to its task list page.

2. View executions in list view
- The Execution List shows all executions the current user participates in or has access to.
- On the execution list page, you can use tabs to view executions by status.
- You can also filter executions by project.
