Summary : This section explains how Program Kanban gives users a visual overview of active Products, Plans, Projects, Executions, and Releases within a Program.

Program Kanban provides a visual overview of Program information. It helps users quickly view key items under a Program, including active Products, active Plans, Projects that have not started, Projects in progress, Executions in progress, and active Releases.

1. Program Kanban has two sections

1.1 Programs I’m Involved In

This section shows Programs, Products, Projects, and Executions under the relevant Program where the current user is involved as an owner, team member, or whitelist member.

1.2 Other Programs

This section shows Programs, Products, Projects, and Executions that the current user has permission to access.

2. Show Project information outside the current Program

There is a checkbox in the upper-right corner of Program Kanban called Show Project information outside the current Program. Since a Project can be linked to a Product across Programs when it is created, selecting this checkbox allows you to view Projects from other Programs that are linked to Products under the current Program.
