Sanplex Premium provides Meeting Management features. With Meetings, users can manage meeting rooms, schedule meetings, and record meeting minutes.
1. Create a Meeting
1.1 Go to Dashboard > Meetings > Create Meeting.

1.2 Complete the Create Meeting form. After saving, the meeting appears in the meeting list.

1.3 Go to Admin > Feature Settings > Meeting Rooms to configure meeting rooms. Once configured, meeting rooms can be selected when creating a meeting.

1.4 In the meeting list, you can use the filters Booked by Me and Attended by Me, and Advanced Search is also supported.
