After creating a plan, you can manage stories. Product Managers can watch the following video to learn how to manage stories in Sanplex:

视频介绍

I. Create stories

On the Product > Story list page, click the Create Story button.

On the story creation page, you can select an existing plan. You can also link stories directly from the plan page.

For stories that are not yet fully detailed, you can click the Save as Draft button. This saves the story in a draft status. Once editing is complete, you can choose to submit it for review or activate it directly.

For completed stories, click the Save button. If the story does not require a review, it will transition to the Active status upon saving. Active stories are ready for development and other related tasks. Otherwise, the story will enter the review workflow and proceed based on the review results.

After the story is added, you will automatically return to the story list. You can use the action buttons to change, review, submit for review, withdraw from review, close, or edit the story. You can also use these buttons to create test cases or add sub-stories.

II. Batch create stories

Click the dropdown next to Create Story and select Batch Create. You can choose either Batch Image Upload or Batch Entry.

图5

Batch Image Upload allows you to upload multiple images to serve as stories. The image file name defaults to the story title.

图6

Batch Entry allows you to input multiple lines of text, where each line generates a separate story.

图7

After saving, you must manually select the module, plan, type, and priority for these stories.

III. Link stories to plans

In addition to linking a plan during story creation, you can also link stories in bulk directly from the plan page. Select the target plan and click Link Story.

Select the specific stories you want to link, and then click Link Story to confirm.
