Summary : This section outlines how Program Managers manage user access and track involved members, check accessible users, and configure the program whitelist in Sanplex.

Select a program and click the Members tab to view and manage involved members, accessible members, and the whitelist.

I. Involved members

You can view the names and roles of the members involved in the program, along with the number of projects and executions they participate in. Sanplex also lists their related work hours, tasks, bugs, and the number of stories they have created.

II. Accessible members

Click Accessible Members and use the search button to check if specific users have access to the program.

III. Whitelist

On the Members > Whitelist page, you can grant program access to other employees within the company who are outside the immediate project team.

External personnel outside the company are managed through the Stakeholders module.
