The Hybrid Agile project management model allows you to create Kanban boards alongside traditional Agile project management. Users can apply these methods flexibly based on specific project needs. For example, a team might use iterations for feature delivery in the early phases of a project, and later transition to using Kanban boards to manage ongoing maintenance tasks.
I. Creating a Hybrid Agile Project
When creating a new project, select Hybrid Agile on the project management method selection page.

Fill in the required information for the Hybrid Agile project and click Save to complete the creation.
II. Creating Iterations and Kanban Boards
Hybrid Agile projects support the creation of both iterations (as seen in standard Agile projects) and Kanban boards (as seen in Kanban projects).

Within the Hybrid Agile project, navigate to the Iteration list. Click the dropdown arrow next to the Add Iteration button on the right side of the page, where you can choose to create either an Iteration or a Kanban board.

Alternatively, you can click the Add Iteration button directly and change the Management Method to Kanban via the dropdown menu.
Note: The management method can only be selected during the creation process and cannot be modified later during editing.

III. Using Iterations and Kanban Boards
The functionality of iterations is identical to that in standard Agile projects. For more details, please refer to the Agile Iteration Management guide: https://www.zentao.pm/book/sanplexguides/project-executions-1273.html
