Summary : Model Configuration lets admins customize project elements. Common settings apply across models, while Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models have their own specific configuration items.

Project-related element definitions can be completed in Model Configuration. Common project elements are defined under Model Configuration > General, while model-specific elements are configured under Agile Model, Waterfall Model, Hybrid Agile Model, and Hybrid Waterfall Model.

I. Enter Model Configuration

On the Admin home page, click Model Configuration to open the Model Configuration page.

II. General

In Admin > Model Configuration > General, configure common project element options such as Projects, Stage Types, Versions, Workflow Settings, Workload Ratio, Effort (Work Hours), Issues, Risks, Opportunities, Test, Estimation, and Expense Categories.

1. Project

In General > Project > Required Fields, you can configure required fields on the project Create and Edit pages.

In General > Project > Close Settings, you can configure whether data can be modified when a project is in the Closed state.

In General > Project > Budget Unit, you can configure the unit used for project budgets.

2. Stage Types

In General > Stage Types, you can set the default stage types for Waterfall projects.

3. Version

In General > Version, you can set required fields on the version Create and Edit pages.

4. Workflow Settings

In General > Workflow Settings, configure management approaches for Projects, Products, and Iterations, and configure the unit for scale estimation.

5. Workload Ratio

In General > Workload Ratio, configure whether stages in Waterfall projects enable the workload ratio option.

6. Work Hours

In General > Work Hours Settings, you can configure work hours, including Available Hours per Day.

In General > Work Hours Settings, you can configure rest days, such as one day off per week or two days off per week.

In General > Work Hours Settings, you can configure holidays. You can add holidays manually. If the deployment environment can access the internet, you can also import official national holidays.

In General > Issue Settings, you can customize Issue Types.
