I. Duplicate Name Rules for Program / Product / Project / Execution

1. Within the same Program, the names of the Program, sub-programs, Projects, and Products must be unique (no duplicates).
2. Within the same Project, Execution names must be unique.

II. Duplicate Name Rules for Requirement / Task / Bug / Test Case

1. Requirement duplicate check: Within 30 seconds, you cannot create another requirement with the same name.
2. Task duplicate check: Within 30 seconds, you cannot create another task with the same name, nor create a same-name task that is linked to the same requirement.
3. Bug duplicate check: Within 30 seconds, you cannot create another bug with the same title, to prevent accidental duplicate creation caused by repeated clicking.
