Summary : The Document Editor supports “/” commands, rich formatting, and Sanplex data list insertion to improve authoring efficiency.

In Sanplex Free and above (including Standard, Premium, and Enterprise), the Document Editor supports the following capabilities:

  • You can type simple “/” commands to quickly perform common actions and insert commonly used elements, which enhances editing efficiency.
  • You can use “/” commands to insert Sanplex data lists into a document.
  • As the system is upgraded, existing (historical) documents continue to be displayed and remain editable in the Document Editor, so you can keep improving document content without manual migration.

Next, we will explain how to use the Document Editor in detail.

1. Assign Permissions

Before using the Document Editor, you must grant the required permissions.

Go to Admin > User Management > Permissions > Document Management and assign the appropriate permissions. Permissions can be configured flexibly based on your actual workflow and access-control needs.
