Summary : This section explains how users can track pending work, review completed contributions, and follow recent activity from the Dashboard.

On the Dashboard, the To Do section shows work that requires your attention, including tasks, development requirements, user requirements, business requirements, Bugs, test cases, and other test-related records, as well as items awaiting your approval, such as development requirements, user requirements, and business requirements.

In Standard, Premium, and Enterprise, it also includes assigned feedback, tickets, issues, risks, tests, and meetings. This helps you review and handle pending work more efficiently.

The Contributions section shows work you have already handled, including items created by me, reviewed by me, closed by me, assigned by me, completed by me, and canceled by me. This gives you a clear view of your work and contributions within the organization.

The examples below use development requirements to illustrate how this works.

1. View pending requirements

Under To Do > Development Requirements, the list provides two views: Assigned to Me and Pending My Action. You can switch between them using filter tabs, or use Advanced Search to locate specific items more precisely.

The requirements list supports both Flat View and Tree View. Flat View is suitable for tracking individual requirements, while Tree View is better for viewing hierarchy and following progress in a structured way.

2. Process pending requirements

Click the action button in the list to perform operations such as Review, Change, and Close, so you can handle pending work more efficiently.

Other pending items can be handled in a similar way.

3. View contributions

After pending items are processed, they are shown in the Contributions list. There, you can review the work items you have completed or handled.

4. View activity

In Activity, you can view all activity records, or filter activity information by time range.
