The Approvals section on the Dashboard shows items waiting for your review, including tasks, development requirements, user requirements, business requirements, Bugs, and test cases. In Standard, Premium, and Enterprise, it also includes feedback items pending your review. Items configured through approval workflows also appear here.

The Approvals list helps you review pending items quickly and keep them from being delayed in the approval process.

The example below uses development requirements to show how approvals work.

1. View pending development requirements

The Approvals list shows all items waiting for review. Filter tabs are used to display different approval object types. You can switch between them to view different approval lists. For example, click the Development Requirements tab to view all development requirements that require the current user’s approval.

2. Review pending development requirements

Click the Review button in the list to review a requirement directly.

Complete the review form. After the review is submitted, the requirement is removed from the Approvals list.
