Under a program, you can create projects and view all projects belonging to that program. For example, you can select the "First Program" and then click Project followed by Create Project.

After entering the project creation page, you first need to select a project management model. Available models include Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, Hybrid Agile, and Hybrid Waterfall.

On the project creation page, the current program is set as the parent program by default. If you choose not to select a parent program, Sanplex will create an independent project.

After clicking Save, you will return to the project list. You can use the action buttons to manage the project. These management actions include managing personnel, linking products, and configuring permission groups.
