Sanplex Workflow provides a set of built-in processes based on common usage patterns, functional modules, and customization needs. Currently, the built-in processes include Product, Requirement Pool Item, Business Requirement, User Requirement, Development Requirement, Product Plan, Release, Program, Project, Execution, Version, Task, Bug, Test Case, Test Task, Suite, Test Case Library, Feedback, and Ticket.

• Built-in processes do not currently support Sub-table settings, Tab settings, Report settings, or Full-text search.
• Built-in processes cannot be copied, disabled, or deleted.
• For objects that already have an approval feature, approval settings are not available in Workflow. (Including Requirements, Test Cases, Feedback, and Tickets.)

Workflow provides tag-based browsing. You can view built-in processes using tags such as All, Product, Program, Project, Execution, Test, Feedback, and Asset Library.
