With the Backup feature, you can back up system data on a regular basis. In particular, you should always perform a backup before upgrading to a new version to prevent data loss caused by uncontrollable factors.

In Admin > System Settings > Backup, you can back up Sanplex data.

1. Start Backup

Click Start Backup and the system will back up historical data.

2. Backup Settings

Click Settings. Administrator identity verification is required before you can proceed.

3. After the File Is Created, Refresh the Page and Enter the Settings Page

You can configure whether to back up attachments and code, and whether to add PHP headers to prevent downloading.

You can also configure the backup directory and retention period.
