Summary : Agile Model configuration in Sanplex defines Scrum processes and test check items, including process categories, processes, activities, and deliverables, enabling standardized test evaluations across projects.

In Admin > Model Configuration > Agile Model, you can configure Scrum project processes and Test check items.

1. Process

Process Categories group project management processes into major categories. Sanplex provides built-in categories aligned with common maturity frameworks, including Support Processes, Engineering Support, and Project Management.

Process List: Processes can be further subdivided based on your project management needs. Sanplex provides a set of commonly used processes out of the box, and you can also customize them as needed.

Activity List: Activities are executable actions decomposed from processes. For example, in a project initiation process, activities may include initiation research, feasibility analysis, project budgeting, and initiation decision-making.

Sanplex provides a rich set of built-in activity items based on common practices, and you can also customize them as needed.

Document List: Documents are deliverables decomposed from activities. For example, after performing a feasibility analysis activity during project initiation, you may output a “Technical Feasibility Analysis Report”.

2. Test Check Items

You can create Test check items based on the configured processes, activities, and documents. This enables project test checks to follow standardized criteria when evaluating deliverables and execution items.
