Set up a Team

After creating projects, you can set up teams. It is often asked why users can only assign tasks to themselves when creating tasks. The reason is that they have Not set up any teams yet.


After projects are created, a prompt information will remind you to set up a team as shown below.



Or you can go to Project->Team  and manage teams there.



Choose users involved in the project and set up the roles for these users at the same time, when manage your team. Weekdays and available man hours must be set up carefully. Generally speaking, an user can not work 8 hours a day continuously or 7 days a week in a roll.


After everything is set up, ZenTao will automatically calculate the total man hours in the project, and all the available resources, start and end date, and users involved are also confimred. Then what you need to confirm is what to be done in the project,
