One-click Installation Package for Linux has built-in Apache, PHP, MySQL. All you need to do is to unzip it. ZenTao has 32-bit and 64-bit packages. Please choose one that fits your OS.
1. Installation
The download address of Zentao: http://www.zentao.net/download.html
1.1 Unzip to /opt.
Do NOT unzip to other directories then copy it to /opt, as the owner and read/write privilege of the files might be changed.
Neither do NOT use the 777 permissions after unzipping the entire directory.
Unzip it directly to /opt.
You can use the command: tar -zxvf ZenTaoALM.X.X.stable.zbox_XX.tar.gz -C /opt.
1.2 Start/Stop Apache and MySQL
Start : /opt/zbox/zbox start
Stop : /opt/zbox/zbox start
Restart: /opt/zbox/zbox restart
Note: If you want to start automatically after booting, you can add /opt/zbox/zbox restart to the self-start directory of the OS.
