How to allow a user to on a bug?

When viewing details on a bug, I (admin) am able to add comments



However, my users doesn't seem to have this option. I tried playing w/ the privileges and I can't seem to figure it out.

basically , my use case is simple. i just need to track bugs in our project, and give very limited access to the 3rd party developer..


so i created a special Group for said developer w/ the following privs



then i created list of bugs and assigned it to said developer




the dev can see the bugs details but can't seem to make/add comments

Goal is for us to keep discussions about a bug linked to the bug in question ..so like a discussion thread of comments under the bug details.. (keeping discussions organized)

The privilege settings look good. So you have to check how you set the access control to Product/Project. Can you read the articles below to understand privilege management in ZenTao as a whole?
